Yes you can get scar tissue from cystocyle repairs. I had some problems.. The Gyn(if they know what their doing) can take care of it or make it better. I at first prior to going into my divorce(Long story, my X is one of those husbands that couldn't hang in there with me, although I'm doing much better now) Anyway depending it can be dialated, and if that doesn't work, they can do surgery to repair it.. You have to have someone whoe is well versed in this, and is good at doing vaginal repair..Of course it can cause problems... if not pain, it can affect relationships..It takes time to heal and Dialating may be something that needs to be done to keep the tissue from reattaching. Hang in there and don't give up. I luckily have a great Gyn doc who is there for me.. At some point I may need to have surgery again, if I decide to get married again.. but i'm not having pain, so I'm not worried about it now.. Good luck! Don't let the Docs just blow you off. I know it's maddening!!
