has anyone had Percutansous lysis of adhesions

hello
I have been looking for a surgeon in my area and came across a place
that says they do
percutaneous lysis of adhesions and I was wondering if anyone here has
ever had this done and did it help and if so how long did it help for?
when I talked on the phone to the receptionist she mentioned the terms
burning the nerves (but the nerves can regenerate) using a nerve bloack
facet and stuff like lydocane and a steroid mixture
