The Federal Government just rolled out on August 1, 2010 for NJ
Federally funded reduced premiums for health insurance coverage for all
of us who are uninsured with pre-existing medical condtions.The first
insurance company to have the NJ Protect insurance is Horizon Blue Cross
Blue Shield.I just found out & hope this helps all of NJ residents who
are uninsured & have pre-existing medical conditions.
