Wow, I have been having problems with my arms also and assumed it was from holding a book, I-phone, or working on a computer. I assumed it was something like tendonitis. Maybe you are right and that is what is causing all these stinking problems. It would not surprise me since the pain is the same.

I agree, what works? I have tried heat and those tendonitis straps and yet nothing seems to help.

Any suggestions?
