I use Movicol everyday and find it keeps my obstructions at bay very nicely and is not as harsh as Senna. Hugs Ann-Marie xxx

my surgeon recommended senakot and a stool softener every single day to keep things moving in my bowels. She said it it when things aren't moving it when you get in trouble with bowel obstructions. I have been hospiitalized 7 times in 3 years for BO's.It does seem to help with my belly pain but still have pain from my right kidney area down my butt some days worse than others. Has anybody else tried this?
