VA recognizes disability due to adhesions. Issued apparently in February 2011 is VA FORM 21-0960G-6 - "PERITONEAL ADHESIONS DISABILITY BENEFITS QUESTIONNAIRE" The form guides the applicant in documenting the various ways they are impacted by adhesions including pain, obstruction, nausea, vomiting and ability to work. What is most significant about the form is that it exists. Hopefully it can be used as a template for non-veterans in documenting their adhesion-related disability.
