Rob,

Sadly when apathy takes over the professionals or even significant individuals in our lives it is then time to help educate them or move on. I agree you need a different professional in your life. While I don't know any pain management individuals in the Bay area; I might recommend you look for alternative pain management. I have adhesions as well and there is no easy way to deal when you feel the pulling and pain. My understanding is that exercise does help but I am not an expert on this though it has assisted if I keep stretched. Moreover, there are other types of mental pain management that may assist you. I pray you come into contact with more empathetic individuals and while this person seemed so out of touch, maybe it was time for him to see someone because obviously he is having trouble dealing with his pain when coming into contact with individuals who are in pain daily and combined with his obvious distrust for the client.

Blessings to you Rob,

    Terri (Theresa L Keown)
