Yes these are the EXACT feelings I am dealing with, and sometimes it was so hard to find the right words, as they say it is from the adhesions pulling on the intestines, which is quite painful. The drugs I have been given has not helped much, and the dr told me this is something that may NEVER go away, the more work on the bowels, the slower they get, after the last laparotomy, I developed an ileus, partial obstruction, and was si ck for 2 days in the hospital, this is why the drs tell me no more surgery, at least at this time, probably in the future.
Chris, I am sorry , but you have said too much like you said we are here to help each other, and that is what I am trying to do, I just do not know what to do for myself yet so I feel like I cannot help others, sorry, but I do have a VERY skilled gyn surgeon, and that IS all that matters to me! I hope you are all feeling okay! Today is better than the last two!
All I know is adhesions are very painful on the bowels, and these are the feeling s I have all the time, I do nothing without my mind centered on this pain. Hard to go on!
