H Peggy,

yes I have the same feeling s you just described almost all the time, but this is what i was tol I may have to learnt to live with it!

Today I had alot of different areas that gave me short little stabbing pain, but it was weird it did not last long in one spot, but would move to another. Some of the pains were on the right low, and thn they were on the left, even at the very top of my incision, which I have a vertical scar b/c my gyn 22 years ago had todo the big vertical scar b/c my baby was so big.

It was almost like you could feel the adhesions , and knowig how they loo, I know that is whatit is, but it hurts alot, even now, I do not know if my dr will give me anything stronger than what she ha me on, and I really do not know what oxycontin is except she said it is a long acting narcotic, has any one ever taken this, I thought the neurotin would havr helped too by now. The pain pill is 10 mgs, and I am now convinced that adhesion pain IS hard to treat. I go back tues. Iwill see where they go next!

Sorry this is so long, but I have not really been feeling very good lately, and getting really down again. Again, where do you go next, when all the drs are afraid to do anymore surgery on you. The gyn did sy there are new things comng out the end of the year so aybe in time he will do the lap, and hope it gets through the adhesions. he did tell me most of mine were VERY extensive, and most of them were 1-2 inches thick, and he said as far as his practice, he has not seen many women with adhesions lke mine, especiallyfours months after my surgery in april. I need to be quiet for now, just VERY low tonight! SORRY! Toni
