Hello everyone, Due to adhesions on my intestines, many surgeries, bowel
obstructions and pain medication, it is imperative that I keep things
moving. I know a lot of you suffer the same problems. Recently, I had
to go to an urgent care facility. I was having a lot of back pain and
was told I was partially blocked. The doctor suggested mineral oil
(among other things). I have been putting 2 tablespoons in a glass of
oragne juice every night and it is really helping me. I hope this
