I'm glad you made it through your colonoscopy. Sounds like the prep was pretty bad. I just did the gallon thing on July 19 but it sounds like your way still may be better. I starting throwing up on the other stuff after the third glass and would start to gag as soon as I poured another glass. I had mixed it with lemon Chrystal Light and don't think I will ever be able to stand the taste of lemon again. What do they plan to do next for you?
