Sometimes doctors will only believe what they can see. So, gather your records and then do some internet research. Print out articles on everything related to your particular situation, including therapies. Put everything in a three-ring binder and present your new doctor(s) with it. Sometimes seeing the statistics and hard copy reports on other people who suffer from this will bring them around.
