Ok, I tried to post this message earlier and it did not go through so if you see it twice you guys are really going to think I'm obnoxious!!! Anyway, I found the following regarding mineral oil and vitamin absorbtion: "Clinically important malabsorbtion of fat-soluble vitamins can be minimized by administering mineral oil on an empty stomach or administering the vitamin supplements several hours (2 hours) before the mineral oil."(Mayo) So I would think that those of you that take it at night should not have a problem. As Chris pointed out you can get too much of the fat soluble vitamins and finding out what the right amount to take of any supplement is almost as hard as getting a straight answer on adhesions. I guess this is one of those things that can be different for each person. I hope this helps and again, sorry to be a pest. Best wishes to all. Ginny
