Actually, I suspect that it's not just one thing, but a combination of all of them, or at least a couple of them. Today, when the burning/numbness, tingling sensation started happening, that is what made me think MS. No, I don't go to PT, although I went a couple of times and they gave me some back exercises to do when I had back spasms several years ago. Those were related to stress and when I moved out of that situation, didn't have any more problems. But that was a totally different type of pain than the lower back stuff.
