Hi Helen,

Thanks for the great information. I am going to check on the web sites you have listed. I have found that doctors don't give enough information on diets. I usually recieve a one page document with a one day sample meal plan and I am supposed to convert that into a life long diet. It's confusing and hard to do on your own. Thanks again. Ginny
