Dear All, Independent of this forum, I had been doing quite a bit of reading about MSM (it seems to be all the rage!). I've also begun to use it (3000 mg a day). It has only been about a week, but I really think I'm noticing some improvement--much like Helen has said--less of the burning associated with adhesions. I've also been taking flax seed oil along with it; this is also supposed to have anti-inflamatory properties. Do we dare to hope? I'll keep you posted.

Ellen
