EEOC ? for Sharonda

I have a question. I recall a previous post on another message board regarding EEOC law. In one post I thought I recalled you stating that under EEOC law, an employer could not require a phyical exam.

Do you know when that law came into effect? I was required in 1994 to take a physical exam at a doctor's office that I worked for. I was a receptionist. I remember feeling very upset that I was required to do this, given that they would not allow me to see my *own* doctor. I had to have a physical with the very doctors I worked for. That does not seem right to me.

Going on recollection of past post--can you confirm the law?
