Kathy, Thank you for the email for lifecore. I don't know what kind of work you do, or how it may sedate you, but I am using patches. No roller coaster of pain-on pain-off. (If it ever really goes off.) The pain mgmt doc has me on Duragesic (generic is fentanyl) 50 mcgm 72 hour patches. It is "a very strong opitate transdermal)( so says the box)They help now more than the percocet, darvocet, ultram, or percodan. They are rather expense if your insurance doesn't cover prescriptions.
