Hello Peggy, I did write to the FDA the same time I read your post. I haven't heard back from them but I haven't been on line in 5 days. I have 120 messages to go through. Been on here over an hour and about a third done. I did however subscribe to the emailing list of the FDA when they approve any "device" or have an update on one. INTERGELTM is a device as far as they are concerned. Teresa
