Dear Kim.. Please keep us informed as to what the diagnostic code you would be under in the event you were to secure SS disability..ok? This is an area that is relatively new and is needed by many who suffer as you do.

Is there a short term disability benefit through your current job positiion that you could take advantage of untill you could secure another means of income? Do you have a positive diagnosis of having had abdominal adhesions through prior surgery's? Are you receiving any anti-inflamitory medications along with your pain medications? Inflamation is the cause of adhesion pain...( See my forum June of 99 ) Might help bring your pain level to a livable one, of course you still need to respect your activity levels as to the pain experienced by what you do.

Best of luck

Bev
