I have a constipation problem too, caused from my meds. I have used a variety of things to help me. I have used laxatives, supositories, prescription meds & I have even drank magnesium. You could try any of those or mineral oil. They do have a mineral oil type stuff that isnt as oily. When I am not constipated, my abdominal pain isnt as bad. Good luck, Robin
