Looking for a surgeon

I've enjoyed reading all the information given to me by Helen. I plan
to e-mail her personally soon. I have worsened just since my initial
message on April 8. I currently work two jobs, with my main job being
at a school. We will dismiss soon for the summer and this would be a
great time to have a surgery done. I want to know if anyone out there
knows of one of these fantastic surgeons at Vanderbilt in Nashville, or
some other location close to Kentucky. Lexington or Louisville would be
great, but I haven't found any yet. Any information would be greatly
