Pamela,
The first thing you need to know is that you are not alone!! We all have
pain here & we understand. Everyone here is so sympathetic. I hope
that you will join us here, & learn all you can about adhesions & where
to go for help. I think it helps by just sharing your story & having
suportive friends like the ones here.
