I am new here - suspect adhesions

I came here from the hysterectomy site -
I had an abdominal hysterectomy about 2 months ago - mainly because
adhesions from prior c sections had left my cervis, uterus and bladder
covered in dense adhesions, and it was causing me great pain.
At about 5 weeks post op, I started with a pulling and burning pain at
the top of my rib cage, on both sides. My gp is now going through
routine testing - IVP, ultrasounds, CT scan, = so far all have been
negative.
I'm certainly fearing adhesions at this point - I have found that
sitting for long periods, or mildly strenuous activity brings on the
pain, even hurting if I take a deep breath.
One question I have is - where would/could the adhesions be attached to
to be causing this type of pain up so high? On what organ(s)??
