Doctors generally want you to get up and move around right after surgery to
help prevent the onset of pneumonia. However, you should follow YOUR docs
recommendation.

Ladies, Ive just had a thrid surgery for adhesions, and am wondering
what the thought is on Bed Rest VS Walking & Movement. I can see
reasons for both, but for some reason it makes sense to me to rest and
let my organs settle down and mend.
Any help would be greatly appreciated !
