TO ALL OF YOU:

[] Have you read Dr. Wiseman's articles about adhesions? Both of them are listed just to the left of this web page.

1.) A Patient's Guide to Adhesions and Related Pain...or...You Are Not Alone?

2.) Adhesion FAQs

[] I also want to call your attention to some very important information, which is currently in the IAS Archives. Unless you know how to locate this information, this important information may be forgotten.

[] Steps to help you locate information in the IAS Archives:

1.) There is a blue, rectangular bar ( at the top of this web page ) which says: " post a new message to the forum."

2.) Just under this bar are the words: Messages sorted by: thread - subject - author.

3.) Click: author...or...subject

4.) Scroll down to either the author's name...or...the name of the subject of your search.

5.) The messages at this web site are for the month, which you are currently viewing.

6.) To search for information from previous months, click: " Back " which will return you to: http://www.adhesions.org/forums/ .

7.) To view: select and click a month.

8.) Repeat steps 1 through 5 (above).

"Knowledge is power in a doctor/patient relationship."
