Hello friends: I've been off the forum for a while. I have a new job
and stay really busy. In October I will be in a new insurance program
and they have agreed to waive my previous condition clause. Therefore,
I have an appointment to see Dr. Jim Daniell in nashville in November.
I pray to the good lord above that he can help me. Talk to everyone
