I have had a very complex medical history with lots of doctors. I have a history of all my surgeries along with the drugs I currently take which I give to any doctor. I have no trouble doing this . . . it is certainly easier for them than thumbing through page after page of a medical record.

The easier it is for the doctor, the better it is for me!
