My dad had a place removed several years ago from his face that was carcinoma. He was very lucky as it was down to the blood vein, but not in it. My mother has also lost both of her breast to cancer. The 2nd one was 7 years after the first. After 5 years with out cancer, you are declaired cancer free. Her 2nd breast was removed a couple of days after Christmas 2 years ago. My sister had Thyroid cancer. My mom's mother & sister both lost a breast to cancer & her other sister had Alzhiemers & died last year, she also had pancreatic cancer. I know the defestation that cancer can bring. I also know that they know so much more about cancer now. I shared this to let you know you are not alone. I also wanted to let you know that prayer is a powerful thing! Faith keeps us strong & friends keep us going. I will keep you in my prayers. Love Robin
