I know what you mean about gaining weight. I did start walking 3 times
a week. I haven't lost any weight yet. I feel really good after my
walk, then I start going down. Overall, I think any excersise is good
for us even though the weight doesn't come off. I think it has been
good for me mentally. Today I worked in my yard and I am paying for it
now. (Pain) But I figured that I would hurt with or without over working
my body.
I have been wanting to take a Yoga class, that may be one of the best
things for people experiencing chronic pain. Maybe that is something
you could look into.
