[] THE ROSES ADHESION DISORDER PROJECT...

Beverly Doucette ( bnb@cybrzn.com ) is the Roses Project administrator.

She has helped send supplies to Bosnia, helped with the wounded that came to the United States from the Bosnian war. She is gathering supplies for Santa Lucia to help a poor school in El Salvador.

Another important project is the Roses Adhesion Disorder Project where we are trying to help many people around the world that are effected by adhesions that develop inside the body after surgery. There is constant pain and the patient suffers non stop. Also, since you can't see the adhesions develop there is no way to really know that the patient has this disorder unless they operate again and see the problem.

Since doctors don't always do this, then the problem can go on for years without any relief. Many patients suffer even more when their doctor tells the patient that their pain is all in their head. Often they are not listened to and treated like they must have mental problems. If they do an operation to see if they have adhesions, it can also make the adhesions worse.

Beverly Doucette, as director of the Roses Adhesion Disorder Project, is helping patients all over the country to find treatment. There are only a few doctors that know how to best treat this disorder. The Roses Project is concerned with this problem since many people are suffering without knowing how to get help.
