Dear Adrian,

I am hoping that the right help comes your way. If you haven't collected all of your medical files, this could be a very important step to start working on for your evidence.

Insurance in the US can be equally infuriating! I was not granted pre-certification because there was "a lack of medical necessity", and a surgeon's philosophy that "everyone knows adhesions don't cause pain"! I have the proof now that I've had my surgery, and will be able to fight, but it is frustrating to have to fight these battles.

Hang in there, your health is well worth fighting for!

Love,

Janet (USA)
