Hi sally,
what a wonderful kind thoughtful person u are, making a gesture, of me, coming to visit you in california.The idea sounds wonderful but in practical senses ( health wise), lets just say i'll keep it in the back of my mind.(if you know what i mean).
I still cant eat anything more than a sandwhich, and i'm always so so tired.
