I am sorry you are going through this. Have you contacted Helen Chalmers? She will likely be able to help be your Advocate in this situation.
Please be sure to drink at least 3 meal replacement drinks a day if you are unable to eat, treat yourself to some ice cream...get those calories in somehow, someway and rest as much as you possibly can until we figure something out.
