Thankyou, I have posted your well wishes to Robyne ;-)) And I am enjoying my pain free days like you wouldn't believe. Making up for some lost time. My Nik and I enjoyed a night out, last Friday, courtesy of my mother (she loves me lots, and is extremely happy to see me so well).. we had a wonderful dinner. Texas Prawns, Buffalo Chicken Wings, Steaks and alcohol .. all things I have not been able to eat or drink in a VERY long time ;-))
I did kinda pay for it a little the next day though. The IBS was upset for a little bit, no worries now though. Then, to top it all off, we worked on a promotion thing here and won a DVD player and a web cam .. and not forgetting a magnet LOL !! Isn't that the kewlest?
So, I have missed talking to you, but so much life to be made up for. I feel like sometimes, this is my second chance. I have even been exercising. At first I thought, uh oh, you overdid it, the 'ol pains were back when I lay down at night. Was really scared, but by the end of the week they disappeared!! Those specialist may just know what they are talking about yet *giggles*
I was told to exercise to keep them at bay. And I'm doing everything in my power to stay this way. Whatever they tell me to do.. well, my name is now "Robot Trace" hehe.
I'm glad to hear your doing ok too ;-)) My Aussie friends are really struggling too, and I haven't had much time to catch up with anyone really, but I do love you all heaps, and hope to correct that soon ;-))

Hello everybody ;-))
I am just posting to keep you updated on Robyne's progress, with some real hope, she may be able to go home for a week and enjoy her family.
Robyne has stopped her TPN feeding and had her stitches removed however, the stitches were all infected. And another infection was evident as well. Noone is keen to diagnose her or even treat her until her doctor returns tomorrow. So, she is waiting until then. Her diet is back to fluids, however they are still causing her pain. Her doctor placed her back on Morphene, until this is over and he will wean her off gently. Another operation is eminent I think, as she still has alot of pain.
She is tired of the hospital, and is hankering to be with the family, so I have my hopes high, for her to spend "Mother's Day" ,next weekend at home.
Power of prayer may just be the trick ;-))
