My ovary, tube and appendix were all covered with adhesions. My doctor cut these loose. I am confused as to what caused these adhesions? I have never had surgery before. I am 36 yrs old and underwent lapro for extremely painful ovulation and painful intercourse and gastrointestinal problems. Will removing the adhesions improve my pain or am I going to grow new adhesions because of the surgery???
