dr's and house calls

Doctors used to make house calls, years ago, in the US. Not sure why they
stopped. Probably has a lot to do with working too many hours, driving all
over the place (some cities here are sooo geographically spread out it takes
forever to drive across town), and being inconvenient for the doctors. I
sure would like it if they did home visits again. Of course out where we
live, they would never find us. But many other people could benefit.
