I am SO glad you are getting better!!! Doesn't it feel great to do some things again? Even sweeping becomes "fun!" Well, almost, anyway. <G>
I had an OK day yesterday. Pretty ouchy but I did my mental imaging stuff and tried my best to ignore the pain. The air quality here is soooo terrible right now, my asthma is giving me fits...I have to choose between taking a pain pill and reducing my ability to breathe well, or not taking a pain pill and being able to breathe OK, but hurting. Decisions, decisions...think I'll eat a chocolate donut while I'm deciding. <G> There, much better! *chomp*
