Dear Nancy,

I love hearing cat stories...their antics always make me smile and laugh.

I know you all love Ben and Jerry's and chocolate(hi Lynda), but Chrissie and I share an even better secret...FUDGESICLES...yes, that has been a daily remedy for as long as I've had adhesions!...if only fudgesicles and cuddling kitties was our adhesions...it does help though.

Love,

Janet
