Hi Tinky, We share the same morning ritual, except I drink hot chocolate. The worst time is on vacation, especially on road trips when I need to get moving at 4:00am to get back on the road. But if I manage to get up and give myself the "time" just about an hour, things seem to work out.....otherwise like you said, it catches up with me. I also have suffered with endo, until hysterectomy in January.I am trying the low residue/low fiber diet, it has been posted on this board recently by Helen, that might help. I also try to drink lots of water but stop drinking by 7:00pm or I'm running to the bathroom all night!!! I'm new to the adhesion side of things, so I am still learning too. Wishing you the best.
