Would like advice/opinions on bowel adhesions

Hey all, What a great board. I have what seems to be a common problem here. I have stage 4 endo, and tons of adhesions from previous surgeries.

The only ones that bother me seem to be (I figure) around the right ovary area (whichis no longer there). Here is my question(s):

In order to move my bowels each day, I have to get up, drink coffee and sit and relax for about an hour. if i miss the relaxing part, the day is shot, and after 2 days, I use a laxative (one of those intestine irritating types). I occasionaly have stools with darker parts which i figure might be old blood. This started after my last surgery, and i was on a low fiber diet for about 6 months till that mostly cleared up....

Now this would be great (relatively speaking) if I did not have like a real life and could sit and relax for an hour each morning -- which I suppose i could do, but it sort of stinks to make it the central part of my life.

SO: do you guys have experience with this sort of thing getting worse? I eat a fairly high fiber diet, which from reading this list today i realize might just be stupid.

Am i looking down the barrell at an obstruction? ANy ideas? oh, and from my last surgery 3 years ago, i went thru menopause, so my endo is stable.

thanks in advance for your thoughts and opinions!!!!!
