Hi Everyone! The other day I had a very interesting conversation with an
Anesthesialogist/Pain Specialist. She told me that some adhesion pain
can be as deep as what is called "Visercal Pain( Pain that comes from
the organs)".There are some pain patients whose pain does not respond to
narcotics(like oxycontin)that is why some pain specialist will have a
patient try methadone, not because the pain specialist thinks the
patient is a drug addict who needs to be assisted with withdrawling from
a narcotic.
