Hi, Rose, I'm just getting back to the board. I've been trying to do a little
bit each day. I've had the operation one month ago, so I should be free of
pain, but I'm not. But I'm supposed to not make judgments about the return of
the adhesions for at least another month. So I'm trying to walk and exercise
(actually, I'm a terrible liar, I'm much better at exaggerating how much I
walk than I am at walking, probably because it hurts so much afterwards). My
shoulder hurt from the gas pretty badly, because it was broken into many
pieces years ago in an auto wreck. It functions almost normally, so I can't
complain. And it usually doesn't hurt. So that's good. The ability of my
nerves to grow may have been bad for my abdomen but it sure was good for my
shoulder, it was a minor miracle. The doctors didn't expect it to function at
all, paralyzed, no feelings, the whole trip, but it came back. So sometimes
life evens things out.
Anyway, Take care. Lots of love and gentle hugs, Sally
