Viv,

I hope all you went through really helps.

I had a complete hyst in Dec 98 and scar revision June 2000 which only intensified my pain. I have burning, stinging, needlelike pain that in on incision and wraps around my hip to my buttocks. It is on the right side. I often have this type of pain on my\ waist and the legband area of my underpants. I can't stand the weight of bedcovers. I have lots of pain when sitting wearing seat belts etc.

Were your pains like this? Does anyone else have pains like this?

I don't have cramping and nausea. Just lots of depression from the nerve pain and the confusion of what else there is left to do.

I have taken Neurontin and am now taking Klonopin and using TENS. Nothing helps much. I am considering trying the nerve block.
