When you subscribe to the IAS you will receive all th meaasge board posts via your e-mail, unless you specified not to receive them. This is a great support group for people with adhesions, additionally there is an Adhesions Quilt with many of our stories, lots of great info, archives and links.
My initial surgery was a right hemocolectomy from which I formed post surgical adhesions, I have had 2 adhesiolysis for post-surgical adhesions since then, and of course other complications along the way. What you could do is introduce yourself to the message board and ask what questions or support you are looking for, there are many who would be happy to help.
