You are such a love...
I am glad you wrote in. Seems that all of us that have had a few weeks or months free from the pain (though nevre quite the worry) have the same hesitation to write in when the pain comes back. It is not a failure, certainly not a choice but somehow I think we feel responsible for too much as well as we don't want to let any body down...and then there's the whole saying it outloud and making it real.
So we're still here when you need us, in fact there's at least a dozen or so of us with recent surgeries whose stories all sound strangely familiar. Hang in there Helen G.
