Please consider all your options carefully before having a hystorectomy. I thought I would be pain free after this surgery, in fact what it did was cause the formation of more adhesions and further complicated my situation & my pain! My story is on the quilt, please read it and as many of the others you can. You will find that many of us have already been down that road, and you will see how we have all suffered further complications.
The more surgery you have, the higher your risk of adhesions running riot through your lower abdomen, and it isn't a pleasant feeling I now live with.
I wish you all the best in making your decision, it isn't easy and I recommend that you do LOTS of reading, research, ask LOTS of questions, and seek several opinions before agreeing with surgery.
