painful orgasm

Hi:
I'm new to this forum, and would like to ask if anyone knows if painful
orgasms are a symptom of adhesions? I've just recently been experiancing
pain with orgasm, but the laparotomy I had which my GYN suspects may
have resuted in adhesions was in April 2000. The pulling pain around my
belly button (coupled with a sort of sick feeling pain) has been
worsening since shortly after my surgery, but this pain with orgasm is
new. For some weird reason I'm very sore for a couple days after, sort
of like I may have torn or irritated something. Any ideas or comments
would be greatly appreciated. Best wishes to all.
