Welcome to the group. I think you have already discovered the most important part of dealing with chronic pelvic pain and adhesions - keep your sense of humor.
You'll find someone here to listen, sympathize, commiserate, advise, and help you through the tough times almost all the time. Everyone here knows what you are dealing with, from the "but you don't look sick" mentality, to the idiot medical professionals who believe that "adhesions don't cause pain" and "it's all in your head, have you seen a shrink?"
Now I have a request for you - educate me on "mittelschmerz". I've never heard the term before, and curiosity killed the cat ;)
