Sally, How nice of you to respond. You aren't pushy and you aren't
jumping to conslusions; those things have "crossed my mind". I wouln't
ever act on them, but sometimes things get so bad you can't help but
think about it. If I remember right one of Dr. K.s "people" was one of
us. I have been going to the sites referred by Helen and printing
things like crazy to take to my new gp tomorrow. He is a partner of my
regular gp who just died. I will be seeing my "pain specialist" next
Tuesday. He is the one who will be getting all my wrath. To the one
here who are taking oxycontin, is it prescribed by a regular Dr. or
does it have to be a specialist in pain management? My specialist is one
who was recommended by this board. If I still get no satisfaction I
will let ginny know and she can take whatever action she feels is
needed.
Sally, Thank you again for your concern. I am sure that I will be fine
and dandy soon. Painfree days to all.
